Fixed Fee Divorce Service
Affordable, Transparent and Stress-Free Divorce Solutions
At Macmillans Solicitors, we understand that going through a divorce is a challenging time. To help make the process as straightforward as possible, we offer a fixed fee divorce service for just £500 +VAT (plus the court filing fee of £593 – you may qualify for a fee remission meaning that you may not need to pay the court fee or you may only need to pay a proportion of the court fee depending upon your financial circumstances).
This fixed fee covers all the legal work required for an uncontested divorce, giving you peace of mind and certainty over costs

Important
Our fixed fee applies to uncontested divorces where both parties agree to the divorce and the application can be served without issue. However, in some cases, additional charges may apply:

Contested Divorces: If your spouse contests the divorce, further work will be required and this will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

Service Issues: If there are complications in serving the divorce papers, additional time may be needed to resolve the matter, which will also be charged at our hourly rate.
We will always discuss any potential additional costs with you before proceedings with further work.
